I'm a fast-moving, independent creative who doesn't need a lot of hand-holding to do great work. My process starts with ideas, not decks, not discovery workshops, not six rounds of stakeholder alignment.

I dig into the brief, find the angle, and start making things. That doesn't mean I skip strategy. It means I think strategically and creatively at the same time, because the best ideas already have the strategy baked in.

Send me what you've got. A creative brief, a one-pager, a messy email thread. I can work with all of it. The clearer you are about the problem, the faster I can solve it.
I move fast. You'll have concepts to react to quickly, not because I'm cutting corners, but because ideating fast is how I do my best work. Early reactions from you make everything sharper.
This is where good work becomes great work. I take feedback seriously and iterate with purpose. Every change has a reason behind it.
